Knowledge Management in practice: methods and tools
Which methods or tools do you use to exchange knowledge with people in your organisation or with your customers? Share your experience and tell us about of the methods and tools! When is a knowledge management tool not useful? What is your recommendation to organisations that intend to implement one of the presented methods or tools?
What are the methods or tools organisations should use? How is it beneficial to organisations to use your preferred method compared to other established methods? Please note that the submitted articles should provide value to the audience. Promotional articles do not meet our strict quality standards and are not accepted.

Requirements for participation
- coverage: 6 pages maximum (without list of references), approx. 12000 characters (including spaces)
- the articles must be submitted by March 31, 2013 to info@community-of-knowledge.de, file format: DOC/RTF, language: English or German
- articles are published on www.community-of-knowledge.de under the Creative Commons Licence Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported (german version).
- as possible acadamic style (quality, list of references), no advertisement
About the online journal of the Community of Knowledge
The online journal of the Community of Knowledge publishes articles of the knowledge management community in German and English on several main topics. The online journal is available online as an open access issue and as print version on selected events.
