We recently did some research looking at cultural resistance related to knowledge management (KM) in law firms (see E. Zeide and J. Liebowitz (2012), “Knowledge Management in Law: A Look at Cultural Resistance,” Legal Information Management Journal, Vol. 12, No. 1, Cambridge University Press). Now, we would like to extend the research to look at other organizations to see if they are experiencing similar KM cultural resistance issues.
